OurFX was born out of years of sitting across the table from prospects, deeply listening to their needs and translating them into software solutions. The artifact most used (and dreaded by my sales counterparts): the RFX.
"There had to be a way to automate this" I thought. But there weren't good solutions. Legacy RFX tools were dusty libraries built for large proposal teams to create generic responses with low win rates, and AI chatbots were answering RFXs convincingly wrong, manifesting future angry customers and churn.
